Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — delivery across the UK and Northern Ireland is free on orders over £50. For orders under £50 a small flat rate is shown at checkout before you pay.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders after the cut-off, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.
Where do you deliver?
We ship right across Northern Ireland and the UK mainland, sent from our base in Ballyclare, County Antrim.
Can I collect from the shop?
Our Ballyclare shop is by appointment only — get in touch and we will arrange a time that suits you.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days. See our refund policy for the full details.
How do I return an item?
Email info@deadondarts.co.uk with your order number and we will talk you through the next steps.
Products & ordering
Are your products genuine?
Always. We only stock genuine kit from official brands like Target, Winmau, Harrows and Red Dragon — never copies.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay — all through Shopify’s secure checkout.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes — add a note in your cart before checkout and we will include it with the order.
