For Gen 8 the barrel length has been set at 50mm, with distinct cuts at the front and rear to enhance grip across the barrel. That means you get a positive hold whether your fingers sit towards the nose or further back, with the cut pattern changing to give the right amount of bite in each zone. The rear of the barrel carries the iconic square pattern of the Legend series, a signature detail that ties this set to its heritage.
