Description
Kapene translates as Captain, and this set was created to mark 50 years of Shot making darts — a nod to where the brand has come from and where it is going. Shot commissioned Tauranga carver Whare Thompson to design a Ta Moko tattoo sleeve that wraps around and runs the length of the barrel, echoed again in the flight.
The barrel is straight and centre-weighted, with a generous shark grip along its length. Rear and front scallops give two positive throw areas, so you get a strong push and a sure reference point whichever way you hold it.
Made from 90% tungsten and armoured in superfine titanium, the Warrior Kapene now comes fitted with Shot's threaded Turbo Point system so you can swap tips your way.
